Acted for Romanian companies in the acquisition of their headquarters and working points in Romania, land for development projects, drafted required documents for various legal entities investing in development projects (affidavits, sale and purchase, lease, mortgage, general contracting and subcontracting, loan agreements etc.). Botosani Retail Park Project - Assisted the Flemish real estate developer that has advised the Flemish developer during the entire process of acquisition of approximately 1.5 hectares of land in Botosani in order to build a retail park.
Sibiu Retail Park Project - Advised the Flemish real estate developer in the sale process of Real Estate Project – Sibiu to the investment fund for a total consideration exceeding Euro 82 million.

Represented the Romanian real estate developer during the entire process of acquisition a several plots of land exceeding 7,000 sqm located in the North of Bucharest for a price exceeding Euro 3, 5 Millions designed for construction of a residential complex.
Head coordinator of proceedings related to Law 10/2001, regarding the restitution of real estate properties abusively taken between March 6, 1945 and December 22, 1989; drafted and submitted notifications related to the restitution of properties, offered legal advice to clients on such matters, visited the authorities involved (Land Roll, State Archives, etc) in relation to the same.

Assisting a Poland financial services companies in the process of entering on the Romanian financial market: incorporation of the Romanian branch, drafting all the documents necessary for the development of relationships with clients, such us: agreement for the provision of services consisting in the execution of orders to buy or sell property rights, keeping property rights accounts and cash accounts, Orders Execution Policy, Declaration of the Investment Risk, MiFID’s Client’s Questionnaire, Statement on the Real Beneficiary, Statement of the person political exposed, Client’s Identification Data.
Assisting one of the largest financial services companies in Romania (first market – maker financial company from Romania) in day-to-day operations such: general corporate matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, drafting documents in order to establishing branches in other European countries, representation in front of Romanian Financial Supervision Authority, providing legal assistance in relationships with clients. Implementing transaction procedure of financial instruments on OTC capital market of contracts for difference (CFD). Also, drafting and negotiation agreement such as: hedging agreement entered into to offset financial risk executed with various capital market companies from Czech Republic, Panama, Poland; call center agreement, commission agreement, License Agreement in respect with trading platform.
Assisting Romanian companies on real estate and corporate issues such as: review and negotiation rent agreements for commercial spaces located in malls (Iulius Mall, Craiova Mall, Drobeta Turnu Severin Mall, Tg. Jiu Mall), setting up working points for new cafes, dissolution of companies and\or working points, drafting all corporate documents (resolutions, statements, articles of association) and representation in front of the National Trade Registry Office. Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as: distribution agreement, franchise agreement, electronic commerce agreement and various services agreement (design agreement, construction agreement, employment agreement, accounting agreement, PR agreement). Assisting in day-to-day operations.
